Hear Again offers fully independent advice based on the information provided at the hearing assessment. For your comfort and convenience we extend the following terms and conditions:

  • 45 Day Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee. Hearing Device fittings are rarely perfect from day one, requiring time for you to adapt to new sounds. Follow up appointments will be scheduled to check how well the new devices are working for you, during which adjustments and/or exchanges may be made to gain a successful outcome. Hearing devices may be returned in good working condition within 45 days of the fitting date for a full refund of monies paid, should you not be satisfied with the overall fit or performance of the devices.
  • Price-matching Guarantee. Hear Again strive to give you the best products at the best prices. However, should you find the same product locally at a lower cost, upon sight of a written quote we will match that price and take a further $50 per device off as a gesture of goodwill.
  • Payment for services. All services provided by Hear Again are payable for at the end of the appointment. Our Clinicians carry mobile EFTPOS devices to allow payment by debit or credit card, or cash, cheque and internet banking payments are acceptable. Unfortunately credit terms cannot be offered.
  • Payment for Hearing Devices. Payment is required upon fitting of Hearing Devices. Our Clinicians carry mobile EFTPOS terminals, so are able to take payment by Credit or Debit card if required.
  • Payment for Online Orders. Payment in full is required prior to the order being dispatched. Postage & Handling fee may be charged in some areas. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase in any way please contact customer services within 7 days.

Home Visit Policy

We offer the highest commitment to excellence, respect and customer care in your home:

  • All of our Clinicians are trained to the highest international standards.
  • We treat your home and family with absolute respect and care.
  • All of our Clinicians carry photo identification with them at all times. To verify that somebody who calls to your home is from Hear Again, feel free to ask them for their photo identification which you can also verify by calling (0508) HEARAGAIN (432724)
  • We never cold-call, all our appointments are pre-arranged and we will re-confirm the visit the day prior to remind you. We will never call to your home unscheduled.
  • We always insist on a significant other (family member or friend) being present at our initial hearing assessment appointments
